A lot of paper to sort? Use the tops of copy paper boxes or the bottoms of soda boxes to do an initial sort.
Horizontal files are ineffective
for daily paperwork!
Use horizontal files for printer paper, fax cover sheets, envelopes and file folders. Use vertical files for quick access to important information.
Create a spreadsheet or Word file to document medications. Tape one copy to the inside of your medicine cabinet and keep another copy in your wallet.

She holds a degree in Education from Virginia Tech, and applies her more than thirty years’ experience of training, product management, marketing and sales in the high-tech industry, to organizing her clients. “I was on the road a lot, and didn’t have time to be disorganized.”
